All orders are shipped from London. All UK orders are free delivery and typically shipped within 1-2 business days, International order costs are calculated at checkout and are typically shipped within 2-5 business days. Orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered.
Due Diligence is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced.

We hope that you are delighted with your order, but if not then you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving it. If 30 days have gone by since your order was fulfilled, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
